I'm sure this has been asked many times before, but I can't seem to find any conclusive answers given via the search function in this thread, so I hope this isn't a repetitive question.

Does anyone have a save file that is just before the one boss fight in Chapter 5 that results in the Syntax Error afterwards? The one that requires downloading a patch from the KaguraGames website to fix?

I have a folder of the game with the patch on my Mac, but I just want to make absolute sure that it works when I restart the game, so I don't go all the way to Chapter 5 only to find out that it doesn't work and the patch for some reason (since it took me quite a long time to get there manually).

(And before you ask, the original save files I had got deleted when I replaced them with a 100% save clear because I gave up on playing the game and just decided to get the whole gallery, so I can't use the old game's saves since they don't exist anymore)

Any help would be much appreciated!

This is probably revealed later in the game, but just in case I'm missing something: Does anyone know how to open the door with a glyph or something on it in the fort in the first town?

anyone here unable to download the unofficial modded window's version? It starts to do it for the linux version but nothing happens for the window's one.

It would seem the windows file has been removed or is missing

Not uncomfortable at all jonguh :)

Previous post like 4 back explained it too... the Windows link for the 'modded' version is 'dead link'. I just want the little extra's (if any).

The mod is post #534, in case that link doesn't work for you. I don't have a link to the windows version, but

are the plugins that were added. Hopefully that can be used with the base game, if you want.
