The server is not Supporter exclusive, but there are a lot of locked sections if you are not a Patron, you can still view all the development channels with updates & stuff and there is a public text channel; NB: there is a wait time of 10 minutes and a verify action to perform, everything is explained in detail in the #rules section.

No official date, but I can tell you that the dev has almost completed the missing base systems (inventory & menus UIs mainly) and is about to switch to world building, once the first portion of the map will be completed there will be the next release and (by the current planning) will be free.

None of that sounds "toxic." Sounds like basic IP protection. It's their game, and if they want to do what they can to keep it supporter-exclusive, that's their prerogative.

Also, imagine being mad that a developer is protecting his only income with a check system because people are handing out builds that cost like 2 bucks to try.

If that was the case then you would see nothing on discord. Clearly you're confused on the meaning of the word "everything" as there is channels for non supporters.
He does give out test builds, just not public ones on each build as there would be no point releasing a game with 10 minutes of contnet which was purely for testing. Just wait for the public builds or move on and try not to sound so entitled while wanting to steal from others.

There is absolutely NOTHING on his discord if you aren't connected through it with patreon, you wanna be smartass.
The only thing you can see there as a non-supporter is him crying about his leaked Test Build.

The ones there were are few.
One has been abandoned completely and the other test build is practically the same all the time, with the latest one actually having less things than its previous test build, such as removed guns and it also had a broken camera.
This dude wants to hide the fact that he has not done any work at all.

Sounds like he paywalled his game, like most patreon game devs do.
He makes patreon posts showing off thing's he working on every 1-2 weeks, he is clearing making progress. Some of the posts are even free to view. I'd rather a dev take their time actually making their game, and showing progress, rather than making a million test builds and never finishing their game because they need next week's preview to look "good enough".
Nothing here sounds toxic, in fact it doesn't sound negative at all. It just sounds like he's using his platform in a way that he likes, and you're sitting here acting like a toxic bitch over the fact that you can't get shit for free. Constantly insulting people and the dev for no reason.
Matey has given me no reason to dislike him, PE got killed because of hard drive issues, he made a poll for his patrons, and they voted for a 3d game, and now he's making good progress on it. If two years down the line, this game isn't finished and he's heavily milking it like other devs, then my opinion will change.

So you are pissed that you get nothing for giving nothing on that Discord, got it.
And you are pissed that the Dev is not just shitting out Builds with a metric ton of changes.
But have you considered that the reason for the few changes/ the removal of stuff in the game at this time might be because the Dev is working on the backend/ coding of the game and is adding/ removing placeholder items to see how the changes work? Cause that's how development of a game works and it takes time if its just you doing all the work.
Also, great Idea calling people ass kissers and pathetic for not being the same opinion as you, that will surely make you a better person than the ones who did not call you names and brought actual arguments to the discussion.

From my understanding he is in a secondary role and helps the dev manage the discord and tends to post here all the time with whatever information is given that is allowed to be spread. He offered to help as many others did and is simply being informative here and elsewhere.
