I know you mentioned in your post that the ipatch is incompatible with WT mod. Since the game has come a long way I was wondering if it might be possible to make it compatible by perhaps working with JokerLeader to make it compatible. If not really possible now can something be done after the game has finished.

Because the staff decided that links to the compressed version aren't worth their time.
And in all fairness, if you change the search function so that the newest hits come first, it usually takes about 5 seconds to type in the word "compressed" and open the correct post.

I also added a link in my signature leading to a post on my Discord server serving as a portal to everything around the game.

You should keep a look, there is a modder making the two compatible, he should probably make another version once ouch2020 makes his update for ch5.02.

First off, I want to thank Zorlun for the game, Joker for his WT Mod, and ouch2020 for his I-Patch.

So what I made is a semi-merging patch of Joker's WT Mod and ouch2020's I-Patch. I manually compared and injected all the I-Patch dialogue over to the WT Mod and fixed a few typos I came across. (I have only done a limited amount of testing, so please tell me if I missed anything).


Why a semi-merge?
Well simply put, I am not a programmer. So there are a few chunks of code, and a couple of stat changes that I couldn't port over from the I-Patch myself, either Joker or someone else with the know-how will have to go in and port those things over themselves (to get it all working properly). With that said, if you want the 100% I-Patch experience, you will still have to play ouch2020's I-Patch like normal.


Saves.
This is pretty much the WT Mod (with the I-Patch dialogue injected into it), so any saves that work with Joker's WT Mod will more than likely work with my patch too.

Project Myriam is one of my favorite games, and Myriam is one of my favorite characters among all the characters in all the many games I play. I have 26 different play-throughs of this game which I track on an Excel spreadsheet. I do so because there are so many different choices and paths she can take. This usually results in interesting different scenarios that play out in each update. Of all the updates in all the time I have played this game this is the first update to disappoint. No matter the path, no matter the choices, she still is in the same scenes with the same decisions to make and only subtle differences based on her choices in those scenes. I'm sure this one was easier for the dev to write, but it was rather disappointing from a player perspective. Hopefully the next one will be up to the usual standard.

You should not try using the existing mod, it won't work, as it's not up to date with the last version of the game.
Wait for it to be updated.

I can understand, but not every scene can go in multiple branching with multiple choices, as with updates heavy on naughty need to be paced with calmer ones, more complicated scenes need some breathing as well. Here you had the first 2 scenes that advanced the main plot line and character, which is far less subject to having a lot of differences (still had some though), and for the last scene even if it was fairly simple it actually had multiple way to go dependent on choices (though yes more actual ones than older ones).
But yes, this update was made to refocus on the main plot line after a series of updates branching out.

What do you consider the main plotline? Is it her coming to grips with her own life and determining her future direction, or is it something else?

Yes, Myriam and her "struggle" is main plot line in my mind, it's what giving a rhythm to the chapters, after that you could count what's happening with her family in coming second.

I was thinking that Myriam's dream about her dead husband touched for the first time on her relationship with him which seemed at least partially to be a healthier relationship than the one she had with Marc's dad. A little more reflection on that relationship might serve well in her search to determine her desired path. She should probably discuss that with her therapist. That's my perspective.
