Thanks for uploading this, but it's the old/wrong version. There's a glitch on the submissive route, that was fixed in the new version, "Ch.5.01a". The one uploaded here is just "Ch5.01".

It seems they are right, it's not the ch5.01a you compressed but the ch5.01, not much in difference, but there is a fix for a crash during one possible choice of the middle scene.
