There may still nonetheless be some "activity" with Marc in a future update, but if that is the case, it is probable that there will be a Myriam dom way, e.g. the "reward for good grades" approach

Do you mean that you expect there to also be an option for Myriam to be dominant with Marc, or do you mean that you expect that to be the only route? I couldn't tell from the way you worded it. That's not entirely correct. Zorlun has said that Katherine could have sex content in the future. It just won't be with Myriam, at least not directly anyway. Katherine could have sex with William or Jenny, and may take part in a threesome with Myriam.

Patreon definitely did not tone down their censorship. In fact, their censorship has gotten worse in recent months, and will probably continue to get worse.

And I heard reports they are not doing well financially either, which is no surprise with such strict rules while alternatives are available.

I reckon the chances of them turning back the clock on this, is practically nil. It's much more likely that they'll get even tougher. There are powerful forces out there, who want to ban porn completely. The problem the porn industry has, is that most of the people that support them, want to remain anonymous. Whereas those who oppose them, are extremely visible.
