Thanks for the advice and insights—I really appreciate it! I’ve only been exploring Daz3D for a couple of months, so there’s still a lot for me to learn, but I’m enjoying the journey so far.

I’m curious—what caused your project to stall? Was it more about technical challenges or just a lack of time? Either way, I know how demanding these projects can be, so I hope you’re able to return to it someday if you feel inspired.

Kudos to you for your game! Your characters look great.
If you don’t mind me asking, how long does it usually take for you to release a new version? And how many renders can you typically accomplish in a month?

As for Amy’s plotline, thanks for the suggestions but I’ve been thinking about something completely new and intreging, may be a scenario where she explores her identity, becoming a lesbian where she hangs out with beautiful girls like herself and progressing into a becoming a 'bull dyke'... or even an "outspoken" transgender?
...kidding, just me having fun with ideas! ;)
In reality, I’m leaning towards a more 'boring' path, the idea of her finishing her studies, moving in with Hank, and embarking on a new career feels like a good mix of realistic development, hopefully without being too dull. Of course, with some twists to keep things interesting!

Regarding her appearance, I think you’re absolutely right—it’s almost impossible to replicate her look exactly, especially since she was created in HS2, which has a completely different comics-like aesthetic compared to Daz3D’s more realistic style. I also see this project as a standalone reinterpretation rather than trying to clone the original vision. Every creator brings their unique perspective, so differences are inevitable, and I think that’s part of the fun.

I also plan to start a Patreon page soon to do polls and gather feedback from supporters. It can be really helpful, having others weigh in might give it some extra depth.

I guess that, being inspired by Paperwork's Amy, you will end up with your unique project and character, which is great.

I usually publish updates once every three months. My last update took longer because it was a complete game overhaul, but the new content itself also took about three months. During that time, I created 2,100 renders and 380 animations. However:

  • Some of them are just different camera angles.
  • If you've played my game, you know that you can toggle pubic hair and armpits. To achieve this, I create separate images for pubic hair and armpits and apply them over the main render. All of these images are included in the total count of 2,100 renders.
Don't publish your release too early. I suggest making your first release when you have 500-600 renders and at least one hot scene. Test it very thoroughly, as the first impression and initial comments in your future game thread are quite important.

It's been health issues, but people on F95 always diss "health issues" like it's an excuse, so let's say lack of time and distracted by an excess of pain. ;)

Thanks! It’s a mixture of the original Amy and my attempt to make her more realistic while matching the Daz3D style.

Thanks so much! I really appreciate this valuable information—especially since I was planning for my first version of the game to have fewer than 100 renders. Your advice gives me a lot to think about!

Oh, I see. I hope you’re doing better now! Take care of your health—it’s the most important thing. When you're ready, I hope you can come back and work on a project.
