You probably should be more specific (not sure if you meant the sex scene or cutscene) but I guess you asking about the last codex sex scene entry? If so it is the usual bonus scene in the end of the update, will appear after the screen saying to save your game.
You can watch it on that choice and chose watch now or you can see it by clicking on codex achievements last entry Bonus I, S3.
Once you view it in either of the 2 ways the last sex scene entry gets unlocked. Not really sure if there is any condition for the bonus scene to be enabled, but don't really think it has.

i see that s3 has implanted wt,for s1 and s2 do i need to download them or its implanted there as well?

The first episode of season 3 just dropped a week ago. So indeed there's no wt yet.

There's every chance that I'm being properly thick, but in terms of the different seasons on Android - Do I install them one after the other, then play? Or should I play Season 1, then install and play Season 2, and so on? I tried searching for it, but came up empty.

As for agression...I saw none. Just caling you out on your post. Also allowed on a forum you know...state opinions, expect replies. You might not like some of those replies,as often they will contradict your own. If you haven't figured that out yet on the internet you're either very young or you need to find a thicker skin if you're going to spend more time on it.

why do devs decide do one section straight along. then next section like here 8-14 throw in some stupid click these keys quick in the order to advance. i deleted all three section when i hit that crap

Shame that Cindra appeared so close to the end. She seems to be a much more interesting character compared to the main cast.
