I am currently in my first playthrough, and I cannot seem to find more than one Darkest Night (one from chest and one from synthesis, but I no longer have the option to synthesize it after the first time). Can someone tell me if it is possible to equip Darkest Night on all 5 members, and if so, how?
Easy. Remember the one NPC on 13th floor village that make you Devilish Honey, one of the item that required to enter Istaroth Castle ? After you've escaped the castle you can go back this NPC to check her shop and she can craft you as many Darkest Night as you want.
Well, there is the sexless 'harem' ending where you can continue adventuring together. Just pretend that Irito finds chances when they visit towns to drag Julius to the side, and the others start noticing and making moves to join in little by little.
After defeating Glasya, leave Pandemonium, then go to down to floor 5 and walk on the bridge that goes to the next floor. Fight Sora 1v1, you get a scene for defeating her and an extra one for leaving her there after the scene.
After that you'll find her on the Advanced Demon Town, molest her for another scene.

I do find her in multiple locations to molest her.
But I can't find her in floor 5 to fight. I've searched in the floor 5 of Pandemonium or the palace.

Maybe you need the aphrodisiac from the Advanced Demon Town to trigger the event; from the shop downstairs, buy the potions from the npc on the left.
You might need to have unlocked Glasya's scene too.
My bad if I'm missing some info, it's been a while since I played an Evil route.
Yes, you have to complete the game on a Good Route, go on a date with Irito to raise her affection the most for her ending; you can do a NewGame+ after each clear. Note that the boss on Floor50 (and all floors after Floor30) are optional, if you dont want your first playthrough to take too long.
Unfortunately I don't know if its possible to unlock the true ending by loading an old save after clearing Irito's ED, then completing the other conditions, and I don't have the saves to test it now.
By the way, if you have seen at least 1 Good ED and 1 Evil ED, you can skip the final boss fight and get right to the ending on other playthroughs.

Is there any way to see the endings and their requirements? Like maybe in a gallery room or something? Also Is there a way to see all your characters affection to you?

The endings have a separate gallery on the main menu after you unlock one, but the locked ones dont have hints.
There is no way to see everyone's affection at all times, you'll see it when it goes up a bit on certain character specific events through the dungeon, but there is an easy way to lock yourself in one chararcter's ending: There's an item called "Fated Bouquet", it can be purchased from an NPC in the second demon town after clearing the game (requires the ability to walk in water), using it will lock you into a character's ED regardless of other's affection, of course, save before using it.
I have a faint memory of finding a Fated Bouquet on a hidden chest around some trees on the first area when going on a date with someone, you might wanna look out for that just in case.

What will happen if you use that Fated Bouquet on all the girls tho and does it carry over on new game+? Thanks for that detailed endings and I forgot to ask Is there anything that increases the stats of all the girls and Julius?

I never tried giving the bouquet to multiple girls, I would asume it locks on the last one used, but just to be sure, use one at a time per save. It does carry over, however the things you can carry over are based on what difficulty you played and I'm not sure if it does on Normal diffuclty, at least in True Pandemonium it did. Even if it doesn't carry over on Normal, its not expensive at all, and like I said, you only really need one on a single save, just load that save and use it on another girl before the end.
As you play through the game, certain events and locations around will increase your stats a bit or strenghten your skills, it will tell you who and what stat got increased. There are no specific items that increase your stats permanently when consumed like traditional RPGs, if that is what you mean.
