Use the "Uncensored patch" from the main page. Or the multi mod from there, it has the patch already included, too.
Since you are new to this I actually recommend to use the "all in one" download from the multi mod linked on the first page. You get to this post:
There download the marked file. Unzip it and start the game.
i have deleted the first one and im downloading the one u have told me to thank u so much but can u wait for me if i need more help after the game is downloaded

if the renders are so great, then why do the characters look like they have such ruddy skin, except the faces and hands, when they do close ups?
Sorry if this has already been asked / answered before, but do you know if the extended version will have the opportunity to play without the dick transformation?

I don't believe so as that is the uncensored path, with all the sex n' stuff.
It's complited. But there will be like extended version of it. Not much story wise tho, just some more options for sex scenes.
