It is the second half of the extended game with additional sex scene + the monster/dog dick is replaced with a "normal" one.
Did they finish or not the extended version with the dog dick? Please, be patient to expalin it again

The new, extended game version v1.2 has now a second game route you can choose (do not use the green "lube" in the bath on day 2). Then the game continues with a "normal dick" and has also an additional sex scene.

This ended in a good spot... to continue another chapter of this story. Enjoyed playing this one and hoping the DEV decides to continue it..(as a new game?) Who knows.. lots of options here.
