Just FYI, this v8 upload is "RackR for Rack 2 v0.2.12 By Tamperung" (presumably version 8 of the mod).

Yeah, its a mod by Tamperung and his team that adds and changes a lot of stuff, they're doing what Fek isn't, which is actually developing the game at a good pace. (seriously, the last build was around 10 months ago, i understand that he's trying to make multiplayer but couldn't he probably hire someone that could help him with that? he earns like 20k each month, pretty sure hiring someone couldn't hurt) If you need the download link for the version compatible with the mod, I quoted it not too long ago.

just played and it really looks better than vanilla, could have some options like blocking the unlimited scrolling features though

Yeah, the new "update" isn't an actual update. It's Tamperung's mod and requires 0.2.12. Fek did acknowledge this mod on his Patreon though. I'd recommend anybody interested in the game to get the mod, because it doesn't just add new features, it also fixes bugs that make the game unplayable for many.

(base game won't work if it's installed on a path containing non-ansii characters, base game won't work if not using US (or similar enough) localization settings)
