So the True Edition is non-incest while the Taboo Edition is but has no hardcore content?

I read over the instructions in the patch archive.
Apparently the instructions on Lewdpatcher are if you want one or the other but not both.

How do your pure, lust and dark choices affect the story? can you be pure with one girl and lust with another? Can you choose mostly freely, or is it best to do only one path?
