You could make the argument for that tag based on some of the LIs, but who cares that the MC was a virgin for 30 seconds at the start of the game?? Does anybody see that tag and think it relates to the MC in an AVN/game? I sure don't but maybe I'm the only one...

Personally I think the virgin tag should only be applied if they really play up that aspect of it in the game itself, like how they did it in Sunset Fairies.

...Though I'll have to admit that they emphasised it a wee bit too damn much in that one. Sweet Jesus have mercy, that game went all-out on the virginity stuff!

Quite on the opposite. It's a light horror and most of the villains here look more like cartoonish ones. There is some gore but it's avoidable. I wouldn't call this game grim or scary, may be because I don't see the main story as very plausible and convincing. But your perception may be different.

Im not sure if you can reduce it, but you can skip some girls scenes

Or (far more likely) the mod who receives the tag addition request is not closely familiar with every LIs backstory in a game they may never have played that has multiple LIs, so on a day they are swamped with things to do they may just add the tag assuming one of the many LIs is a virgin at the start of a game, since this is true of 99% of games anyway.

Yeah the overworked mod angle is one i hadn't thought of before and is a much more plausible explanation. Still they stay up despite the protestations of some so either it technically counts as part of the virgin tag or I guess the mods can't be bothered to remove them.

I agree with you though that most people don't care about MC virginity (only male) since most devs don't really make it the focal point of the game and instead the male MC gets sex god powers on their first fuck instead of cumming within 10 seconds or not getting hard at all.

When it comes to female MCs though, It's different. In games with virgin FMC there's a challenge where some like to do purity runs (most common in japanese games) and do their best to avoid being raped which would make sense since usually every man, animal and living organism is out to rape your character.

Either way the virginmc tag is a pretty good idea for those who are into that.

I loved playing Ravenous Arc 1.
Yes, it's very story heavy with lots of Text and the story surely is not everyones taste. But for me it reminds me on Stranger Things with a whole bunch of cute Protagonists. Defenitely Thumbs up. Good work Dev
