spawn the last used car through the parking meter throughout the city
update of the location near the park on the beach
improved lighting of some quest scenes

I see alot of numbers in the change log, but nothing in the game, where the fuck is all that animations, even the saving system is not functional, and the sand box is actually no a sandbox, WTF is happening here?
