lists Pregnancy/Impregnation too ... and there is an image of her with bloated belly and boobs ...So most certainly not just a Bad End ...
Not sure, if multiple pregnancies are supported ...
I haven't gone far enough into the game or looked through the CG to confirm.
However, the images we have here are promising for pregnancy as a mechanic. We can see both a standing picture and a sex scene that has an unique costume that is not part of the displace set of costumes.
I tried loss mechanics, and I am kicked back to a hospital. An NPC off handedly mentions pregnancy.

Ok so i managed to get the pregnancy
i got it by losing at the third boss in the thieves' hideout
unfortunately the content is pretty bad
you'll have to buy the enchanted armor at the shop to see your status
but basically you'll go through 4 stages that are absolutely long (had to set a macro to walk in circle in a dungeon) the stages are only visible in the status window (basically baby being bigger in the womb) otherwise she looks like OG pic
and then you have the next pic of her pregnant during birth

As for the bugs/crash issues. What version was the TL based on to begin with.
After all, from what I can tell on dlsite, this game got quite a few bug(fix)es before reaching a stable version.
So if not based on the final stable version, those issues might've also carried over of course.

I've played a grand 10 minutes and I refuse to believe this is even lightly edited, much less HEAVILY edited.
