Well, at least we got some development on the MC. he is finally doing something about the important things happenings.
Its sad to see that Sharon only does anything when Astrid shows up, and untill then she does nothing.
This update was better than the previous one, because at least the MC did something else other than wasting boons like in the previous one

Absolutely fantastic update! New cutie is amazing, the plot is moving and hot bitch Astrid babe is back!!!
I also love how MC is becoming more and more independent, taking decisions without consulting for everything. It is good for character development and potential conflict with Sharon.
But the big question is who are the 5 love interest. In the end, there are not many empty spots lefts. Sharon, Laurie and Carmen are obvious in my opinion.
One of the remaining spots goes to the new cutie redhead (my goddess she is lovely)... so who is left? Astrid? The red dream beauty? Callisto? I want all of them!

Has the dev said how many episodes they expect this game to be?
There is no sex in it yet (besides that one rape scene - I swear the author added this scene for the solo reason that the game would be able to add the vaginal sex tag to it lol) yet he claims there are 5 LI's so are we just going to be blueballed right until the end?
It just feels weird to have a sexless game but then continue to expand to 5 potential LI's lol. Fun update though and the lore is starting to come together in a way most paranormal VN's don't so I'm still really enjoying it anyways.
New redhead is hot AF but I still personally like Carmen the best. I like the dynamic of human ex-vampirehunter/vampire relationship and how that would work. I worry though that Sharon's relationship is developed so much as a core part of the game that it would seem pretty difficult story wise to choose someone else over her.

5 episodes are expected. Dev said explicitly that sex is not the focus on this game. At all.

There is a difference between sex not being a focus and awkwardly ignoring it while at the same time advertising how you are expanding the cast of love interests. It would be less awkward and better to the story to just cut out the whole no blood no peepee thing and just have the character have sex with Sharon and have it be a fade to black and not show it if you don't want to focus on it or render it.
Because the game has only 1 LI right now (Sharon and their relationship has been static for the last 6 updates while MC laments his erectile dysfunction) so with 1 and 1/2 episodes left the idea that there is going to be any meaningful relationship with any of the other 4 girls is redic.

So you can have novels focus on love without sex.

If you think you can have love without sex you might not be old enough to be on this forum. You can focus on the love/relationship aspect but even the Disney channel shows characters kiss and then a fade to black.
Relationships entirely besides maybe Sharon (not just sex) don't seem to be important to the author which is fine but then he should've just gone the way he went with Life With Mary and just make Sharon the sole LI because as it stands at the current pace only Sharon will have any development and the other girls will just be a kiss and then an epilogue maybe.

First- You can't count. We are not half way through episode 3 yet, but with 5 episodes left we have 2.5 minimum. So if you are going to be a dumbass at least learn to add.
Second- Love interest does not denote sex necessarily. You want a porn novel, go have a big time on some of the Japanese vampire novels that are sex constantly.
Third- Sharon's fate, Laurie's fate, even Carmen's fate are all unassured. We do not know what is going to happen. We do know that Ivy is the fifth love interest. We believe that Sharon, Laurie, and Carmen are 3 of the five. That leaves one. I do not think we will see Astrid enter that role. I think we will see some excessive vampfu violence with her though. Not sure Sharon is going to survive and that will bring about profound changes for our MC.

First, I'm sorry to tell you that you have been scientifically proven wrong. The parts of the brains that are activated through sexual attraction and love are not intrinsically associated. You can have either without the other.
Second, you are missing the point. Just because something it is not focused in a novel does not mean it is not there. If you want a novel focused on sex you are looking for erotic porn novel, not an adult novel. GTA is an adult game, but it is neither erotica nor porn. See? adult also different from porn. This is adult novel.
Third, give it time. Moreover, you are mistaken. On the very least he cares about Laurie so much that douchebag/stupid MC led her to this weird and dangerous life. And she is clearly a love interest, which is portrayed repeatedly through her jealousy towards Sharon.
I don't mind your comments, but as I said, dev has already said sex is not the focus. If you are looking for that, move on. Otherwise, enjoy an ADULT visual novel that can have sex but as nothing more than the cherry on top of the ice cream.

if people think that you cant have love without sex they are out of their minds, so when you were under 18 you never loved anyone since you couldnt make sex with them if you were like 14 or 15. Sex and love are different things , you can have sex without love, you can have love without sex and you can have love and sex. Love its wanting to be with that person feeling attracted to them wanting to spend all your time with them ,etc. Sex is to calm down your sexual attraction you feel attracted by that person your horny for them and you want to make sex with them. One can definitely exist without the other and they can also exist together. Finally i enjoy Rebirth its one of those visual novels that doesnt make me horny and i mean it in a good way, sometimes people just want to read something without having sex constantly showing up .
