No, it hasn't been deleted. It's this account xXx_BingChillin_xXx. Read the comments there, it mentions LeFrench everywhere. It's just a name and avatar change.

His old posts do exist, and even the responses show "Lefrench" but the account is now called what the posts above said

Frankly, it's a very cowardly move. I just checked - Patreon is still up, and even has 45 paid subscribers. So he has time to cover his tracks, but not to tell people the truth (at least not the subscribers)...
That name lol. Kind of feels someone who's said "Fuck it. I don't care anymore!" in a meme-trolling meltdown.

Yes and apparently they can't even access the game because you need to download it from the website, and to do so requires admin aka lefrench to give you a password or activate your account or something. Also that name change if hes being a troll is an assclown move

He only changed the name here; the name is still the same everywhere else.

Well, yes. Which makes this move even stranger. Maybe he wants to play the "Oh, I got hacked/stolen account" card in the future (which would be weird for a thief to change his name), or maybe this was a test case to cover his tracks... Either way, it's probably a bad sign for all Red Lucy fans, but I find that what's going on around this game is becoming more interesting than the game itself. In a few years, a book could be published with the title "The Rise and Fall of LeFrench. Eyewitness Notes".

Hmm, you know, that's an interesting thought. We should offer Coca-Cola similar marketing - stop putting the drink in cans and write on them - "You fuckers will buy it anyway!" I'm sure they'd be drowning in money after that. Or in shit. But they'll definitely drown.

He's definitely not stupid, and if he wanted the user "LeFrench" to disappear from this site he'd create a new account.
No feedback whatsoever from him on Discord for weeks. Maybe a couple of months? I can't tell; I'm mostly not active there either any more.
EDIT: I just checked it. His last message on his discord was on November 1st, and nothing game-related. He hasn't talked about Red Lucy since last summer.
