I'm more and more inclined to think he doesn't care. It doesn't make him look good, but that's the way he seems to be. I just wonder how he keeps his remaining subscribers - maybe there's something we don't know?

I witness that almost every day when some of my folks just can't be arsed to file their requests for reimbursement or Per Diems.

Yeah he's probably just indifferent at this point about everything. If what he said is true and having to move to another country was the reason I would understand. The whole not telling anyone anything was really sad though, lots of people supported him for years at this point and he kinda just spat in their faces. You included, I think you were a long term supporter you said. I supported him for about a year, but stopped support long before this

In my opinion, cancelling payments on Patreon is much easier than submitting a request (bureaucracy is a pain), but I see your point. How careless everyone is here, both the remaining subscribers and the developer. And yet they found each other...

He's not the first and will certainly not be the last to be a little man, ghosting his patrons and not telling them he stopped developing his game at the least.

That's for sure, developers like this will never die out. Not that I was very upset about this game, I've never been an avid fan of it, but there's something wrong with the principle of it. If you're going to do it, finish it or admit defeat. It's like LeFrench taking a cat from the shelter, nursing it back to health, spoon-feeding it. Everyone around him is happy to see it, helps in any way they can - the cat grows up beautiful and well-groomed. Then he grabs it by the scruff of the neck and throws it out of the window. People look at him in shock, waiting for an answer, and he says: "Do you know that Venice is a beautiful city? I'm going to move there". He says it casually, with a smile. No shadow of remorse or regret in his eyes. And nothing about the cat, as if it never existed...
That's roughly how I see the situation.

now this is one that i thought was pretty fucking good renders and story just shame dev abandoned it but i hope someone gets ideas for reviving this as renders are damn good and actually unique which is quiet rare these days it seems and story from what little we did get was not that bad either . but on a side note i dev was wanting to make money off the VN why make a one dollar tier in the first place ? because most are probably subbed to that if not all does not make any sense .

What are we supposed to talk about? The new update that never existed?
At least let the newcomers know that the game is dead and the dev hasn't given a fuck for a long time now. I even explained what the course of events was, with approximate dates and all.

No! I hadn't checked in on this game in some time but it was so good with potential to be top tier in my eyes and was excited to see how many updates I missed. Such a shame to see another one so well made and with an engaging story be dropped.
Same I was catching up on old games and I remembered this. The disappointment is immense....like MMC and The secret reloaded there's no hope for this one either.all amazing renders just wasted
