Since this is a kinetic novel, does that mean I'm forced to watch scenes of all three romantic interests? Or I have an option to choose avoid the ones I'm not interested in.

No full on sexscene with either of them in the 2 first season, mom and daughter agrees to both go after you and let the best woman win, can't remember how much choice we have up until then but since it's what the whole love part of the story is built around I doubt there would be much choice. Everything is needed for the story
