FUCK! Been waiting all these years for HF and they are still cucking us by releasing it without it?!?! Is EA releasing this game or something???
So.... I watch Rewrite Anime but never have read the VN because i didn't know about pirating yet. Since everyone keep saying that rewrite+ is kinda trash, should i just read the original ver with fan translation or just wait?

I've been here since 2017. As if you're in any better of spot to criticize with your whopping 47 messages. I'm here for porn, not to chat, something you seem to agree with.
The Sekai Project translation is objectively better than the fan translation in terms of quality and localization. As much as I appreciated the fan translation when it came out, a lot of shit was translated too literally, or jokes were lost in translation, and that's fine, it was done by a small team of people working on it in their free time. You can nitpick "this engrish voice line doesnt match the text," or "Shizuru was localized to Sizuru," but if that detracts from your enjoyment of the VN, I don't know how you guys are fans in the first place when the original fan translation is rife with problems itself. You guys also act like a few bugs (a majority of which got patched less than a week after release) and restoration of the old CG is the end of the world.

Bro, it's called a Romanization and there's more than one way for Japanese language. Foreigners mostly use Hepburn but JP people mostly use Kunrei shiki which is a kinda combination of Hepburn and Nihon shiki, and し in Nihon/Kunren shiki are Si. Though JP people in general often mix both Hepburn and Kunren shiki depending on the word. If you really can read hiragana you should have known this already bro.
Romanizing phonetic sounds as anything other than their regular spelling only makes sense for loan-words and names that derive from Western cultures. For example, it makes sense to romanize Arizu as Alice, but it would not make sense to romanize Hashimoto as Hasimoto. Shizuru is a Japanese name, so changing the phonetically correct 'shi' hiragana to 'si' is a bad translation.

Sounds like this localization needed a bit more soul, I can't complain though since I'm a dirty pirate.

Mine is still working with the v2.1 patch. The v1.5 wouldn't work and wouldn't have the most up to date features since the modder has to manually add certain things back in to be compatible after each update and 2.1 was released several hours after the last patch. Also, that appears to be something with the font. Download the font and try placing it into the "dat" folder. Though if you are using the Rewrite+ posted here then you should be using the v1.5 since this the one posted here does not contain the patches Sekai Project pushed out after launch.

Thanks. It still didn't work after downloading that font until I've renamed it to add the '-RSP' part. Afterwards there was still one more error in the menu, the VN made me pick from a list of fonts otherwise it claimed that some text would be omitted. Now everything seems to be in order.

Do we know if there is a need for further big patches like that? Or are they finally at a point where the game can be played without any problems anymore, now?

It can be played without problem, but they are still actively working on at least one more major patch. They stated there are a few minor issues that were reported to them on Github and there are a few features they want to add not present in the Japanese release.
