Some scattered info says that you either hold Alt + run the game, or run the game THEN hold Alt, and these will bring up the game settings popup where you can change resolution and windowed mode:

There is no way the show staffs isn't aware of at least the amount of porn about their show. As to this game specifically (or *cough* others like it), that's harder to say. It's rare for actual production staff to dive deep into fan created work (for legal reasons). Now we just have to see how long it is before Ferdafs adds in a scene of Morty either getting cucked by Mr Nimbus or fucking him.

Uh I think more that spit roasting is gonna happen. Mr Nimbus gave jerry a very quick, but very real penis grope as he was walking into the smith house just before he smacked Beth on the ass. Beth isn't the only one thats gonna be taking it up the ass or giving head in that bedroom.
There are self aware bits where creators toss in the fact that their cartoon has been rule34'ed.
