So quick question about the "incest" in this game, is it actual incest related to the mc or something? Also is there any plans for impregnation in future?

There used to be a patch, but it's not up-to-date. IIRC the MC's only blood relative in the game is his dad, and he's only in flashbacks.

Are we talking about the same game? If you went back to 1999, she's the first girl you meet, welcomes you to sleep in her garage if she doesn't kill you with the baseball bat. It's possible to get romantic with her (not sure if you go all the way or not, yet). She's your mother's sister.

The multi mod contains an I patch and is up to date (i think it is) for those interested. For more details, go check this mod from the OP.
I'm not sure, but it's possible that some of the girls could get pregnant. As far as I know, Jestur hasn't confirmed anything at this stage. The multimod seems to regularly check the player's decisions (with labels for an MC cumming inside) regarding the potential impregnation of the girls, so it's a possibility. However, only time will tell which girls this might apply to.
Regarding the incest and relationships of certain characters with the protagonist, you can freely look away if it bothers you, but it's important to acknowledge that the story would lose its coherence without this aspect, if not at all.
It's subtly suggested by the game (as in most games), even without the incest patch I believe. If it weren’t for the restrictions imposed by Patreon, this kind of debate wouldn’t even come up in an AVN, since it’s a relatively common and mainstream fetish/taboo.
