There used to be a patch, but it's not up-to-date. IIRC the MC's only blood relative in the game is his dad, and he's only in flashbacks.

Are we talking about the same game? If you went back to 1999, she's the first girl you meet, welcomes you to sleep in her garage if she doesn't kill you with the baseball bat. It's possible to get romantic with her (not sure if you go all the way or not, yet). She's your mother's sister.

The multi mod contains an I patch and is up to date (i think it is) for those interested. For more details, go check this mod in OP.
I'm not sure, but it's possible that some of the girls could get pregnant. As far as I know, Jestur hasn't confirmed anything at this stage. The multimod seems to regularly check the player's decisions (with labels for MC cumming inside) regarding the potential impregnation of the girls, so it's a possibility. However, only time will tell which girls this might apply to.
Regarding incest and relationships of certain characters with the protagonist, you can freely look away if it bothers you, but it's important to acknowledge that the story would lose its coherence without this aspect, if not at all.
It's subtly suggested by the game (as in most games), even without the incest patch I think. If it weren’t for the restrictions imposed by Patreon, this kind of debate wouldn’t even come up in an AVN, since it’s a relatively common and mainstream fetish/taboo.

I believe someone has shared a screenshot of a status update from Jestur, where he was providing an overview of the progress on the next game update; it seemed like things were well underway, that's about all I can say.

Once every few months, I boot this game up just to play the photoshoot section again and again. Shelby is just super hot in that scene. Really hope to see more photoshoots with Shelby.

The scene is fun because we get to get back at Shelby for her bitchy attitude and put her in her place, plus it hints at some good moments ahead with her in her new, more tame role. That said, what I really liked was the conclusion with Jannelle and Daphne.
For me, it was the icing on the cake.

I mean I imagine the girls who seem like they'd be good with you fuckin around will be. Dani, Krystal, Daphne etc. Some of the others can probably be convinced too

There are around 20 girls in the game so a full harem kinda impossible and not making any sense but a mini harem is possible like Scarlet with her daughters, Skylar+Jessica etc ( dont quote on me though as it was just my guess and not confirmed by Jestur )

This is so far a "no strings attached" relationship game like others that follow similar logic during more than half of the story. Eternum, MBIML and Projekt Passion on top of my head are like that even though those 3 games have Harem tags on their game threads. City of Broken Dreamers (that is completed) also follows that logic until almost the end of the game but in that one you lock on 1 LI near the end and see the corresponding ending.
So there is a few formulas for this games evolve, another advantage of this is that you require much less split saves for alternate LI paths than those that you lock on a LI early on their development and you can see almost all content with 1 playthrough save.
Some people say that those "monogamy" games give more replay ability but for me that is a false question because most of the times what I do in those is load the alternate LI save and skip the content I already saw and barely we see lot of new content, what ends to be kind of a waste of time but understandable in that formula, a few developers can deliver more content for each path but it is time consuming to develop and we know most people don't have the required patience to wait for updates
, a few developers/teams can deliver that but rarely solo developers can.Story/plot paths is a different story though and it can be done with a plot event or with the way the MC behaves (Love/Corruption, Good/Evil, Dominant/Submissive, some even have optional NTR/NTS paths like AlwaysFan and Inanna Revenge from the same dev, not for me but love their NO NTR way), and its in this that most Harem games or pseudo-harem like Ripples should aim for.
