Well, yes, they have at some point been pregnant; I assumed the question was about in-game (i.e., on-screen) pregnancy, and particularly pregnancy by MC (because if that isn't the question, it doesn't matter where he finishes). But I'd edited my post; yes, most of the scenes do seem to give a choice, but it doesn't seem there's a variable tracking that for all of those cases. I haven't re-viewed Scarlett's first scene, nor any of the party scenes, though.
Thanks for taking the time to dig into it. I was just curious if it was tracked for some future update where things could "get complicated" for the MC.

...and the fact that it is, even some of the time, indicates that at least at one time this was the plan, even if the effect was/is nothing other than a dialogue change (e.g., Ashley in Harem Hotel: "You've cum inside me 17 times, why am I not pregnant?", and MC wondering why she kept track). And maybe that plan has changed--or maybe not.

Is this game actually based on our timeline? Are there any references to that?

In 1999 USB flash drives, if one actually existed, were at most prototype only, which I very much doubt you could connect to a 2019 OS and be straight forward to access. Early USB flash drives, even those actually mass produced from late 2000 on, required special drivers for each model. Available OSes like Windows 98 didn't include a USB mass storage driver.

That and the dreaded T-word (whose discussion was deleted) are major time inconsistencies, but which could be explained if this was a similar timeline but not exactly the same.

I mean it's a timeline where time-travel exists so that disqualify it at being ours ;)
Maybe someone took a usb drive to the past and gave them the tech

'95 didn't. '98 DID. I got a camera around then which came with a shrunken HDD in a CF card. And it worked just fine on '98 with a USB adapter dingus. Still does work although I replaced the HDD with a 1GB CF long ago, and then stopped using the camera altogether bc my phone did the job better. :)

OK, I had '98 SE, and I MAY have DL'd a generic USB storage driver, but nothing specific to the camera or that CF drive.
It worked in Linux too. Even then.

We don't know that lol, there could be time travelling

I agree the setting here is totally animeish-hentaish though, which makes it look specially unrealistic. If time travel existed, it would require much more complex means than pushing a button, and it wouldn't be managed by high school people.

Was it maybe Windows 98 SE? Not the original 98, but the Second Edition which was released a year later.

Are you referring to the USB drives left behind by the MCs father? If so, those are from around '09 when the power plant accident occurred, not '99.

If you're referring to the USB drives found in the safe, they wound have been made circa 2009 (around the time of the power plant accident), not 1999.
The only major inconsistency I've noticed is the 1999 phone – the model we see in game is clearly a Nokia 3310, which came out in 2000.

how about the present ones?
There's no inherent reason why not, though the lack of a pregnancy tag would suggest against it. OTOH, the fact that the game is tracking (some) choices to finish inside suggests that that fact is going to be used in some way. How? Well, pregnancy is the most obvious possibility, but it could also come up in terms of dialogue changes or possibly unlocking different scenes (one way or the other).
