extract it in the japanese local otherwise file names get fucked up and boom crash
For fixing it, open it with winrar, press Ctrl + E and select Japanese. Extract it and now should work properly.
, I was able to find an older release the was in Japanese format, kind of traced it what been missing. I ended up gathering the all of the non English labeled audio in SE folder and compress them. I attached it to this forum.Have a great day and be safe...

well, I ran into another issue as well looks like I may have to go through the whole thing to make sure there are no missing Japanese files needed. I may have to find an older one of this game. I do not see that specific file in Graphics/Faces/....
