the first quest i explore the castle and cant find anything inless i am missing something
On the second floor of the castle, talk to Romanos. In the conversation, there should be a visual and audial indication that something has happened. The MC should say "what was that". After that, on the second floor, in the bottom right of the map, there will be a bookcase to interact with to progress. From there, it tells you where to go.

So, idea pitch. For future updates, if you want you could build of the territory control idea by implementing something like games like XXXivilization that effect the NPCs. And you could make it something as simple as making three paths:
  • Harmony: you convince the citizens to live along side the monster and demons.
  • Dominance: you make the monsters and demons the upper class along side those that show absolute loyalty.
  • Corruption: over time your influence has twisted all those within your domain and turned them into the very monsters and demons they hated.
Basically, you switch on certain laws that favor certain paths and which ever path you favor most becomes the result. With each law having an effect on the hatred, loyalty, & corruption of the cities under your control. Unfortunately, I don't know how you'd code this especially since this game doesn't have a rest mechanic. Also, don't know how well that kind of system would gel with RPGM.

It does sound like an interesting idea, and like something that could fit well with the game. Allowing more player choice and customization in how they handle things and giving more outcomes is almost always a good idea. It's probably a bit too early in development for something like this, and it might not even be possible to implement it to that extent, but it is something that I would want to take into consideration when the compliance system will move to it's next stage past just getting their compliance/pacifying them.

Yeah. This probably is more complex and I only Know RPGM as a player, hence why it's a pitch not a request & the current set up of doing side quests isn't bad either

I think you have a great idea. The only thing I can think of is the corruption. The monsters and demons seem to be living races like any other. Have the people turn to something else, soulless horrors or something, things that are not just another race, but beings of your own corruption.

Personally, I would just have Domination and Corruption as options. We are the Dark Lord, not some hero.
Evil does not mean you can't have your own people live with the demons. Uniting the people into a unified front would make it so they would be less likely to rebell in the future. It's not the choice I would pick, but it definitly is a logical one.

Well, it's the idea of instead of ruling with fear you instead make them except you as their new god/King by doing things that put you in a good light. Like for example, the one town mentioned they didn't get much trade even before the dark lord. So, maybe you introduce a new economy that encourages Demons/Monsters to visit the town making it into a hub city. The other city with the rebels could be similar, make the hero & the divine out as useless and just greedy seeing that port as nothing but something to distract their enemies.

Of course these are just examples of a away to make a harmony route.

There are plenty RPGM porn games that either redo the whole combat like Nymphomania Priestess and Karryn Prison or add porn to it like in Pandora's Forest, using the default RPGM combat is a lazy way to pad the game

Combat is something that will be improved as the game is developed. From testing and feedback, the total time spend on combat is usually less than 20-25 minutes in the current public version, especially if you hold enter to speed up the animations. New combat systems will be explored in the future. There are 5 sections where combat is required, but after those 5 sections, combat is almost entirely optional, with only random encounters in low compliance settlements that can be won in 1 turn being something that you might encounter if you want to avoid combat entirely after those 5 sections.

Talk to people in settlements. Most people who give quests and events are in shops, inns and other buildings.
