In the last of the recent version, If Rick choose to stay there is possibility and a scene of Swinging between Rick-Beth & Jake-Cora.

I only know that Dev stated that this game became very complex with all its branches and paths so updates take longer. He is working also on a second game "Distant Horizons" of which he just published a new update few days ago.
