It might be one of the girl cleaning in the white uniform, try the living room, master bedroom, bathroom or washing room. You could have easily missed one of these.

19:00 July's room (knock door)
20:00 dining room
21:00 kitchen (help her) ---> July's room (open door)
22:00 living room
23:00 kitchen
24:00 master bedroom (save game) end message for v2.4 comes up

If that still doesn't work use the attached save file that will show this message and you can continue playing the next stage.
