This photo is from 1995. It was taken a few years after the collapse of the USSR.It's so beautifully done, but in the real USSR it was different

Did you live in real USSR? Your picture shows some god forlorn village in the middle of nowhere. I'm sure there are some places like that or even worse in the USA. City life and culture is different everywhere from the poor country folk's life.but in the real USSR it was different
Yes I didDid you live in real USSR?
A funeral on a tractor in the mud? Can you show me?I'm sure there are some places like that or even worse in the USA.
Allow me to disagree with the year that photo was taken. This photo is from 1995. It was taken a few years after the collapse of the USSR.
Here we see a clear example of the transition from socialism to capitalism.
And here is a real photo from the USSR:

Best luck to you, comrade!
There are future plans to make it possible to skip mini-games.Well, seems that the life under soviet regime wasn't so bad except for those fucking minigames that the government imposed to the citizens to make their lives miserables.
Glásnost! There are future plans to make it possible to skip mini-games.
But those who do pass them will receive scarce goods from the government.
Judging by the fashion, I'd still put it in the late 70's. Maybe a little later, but most likely before perestroika.Allow me to disagree with the year that photo was taken.
The car seems new and if I guessed the model right (ГАЗ-24, years of production 1969-1985) it was before 90s. Then the clothes on the girls, their haircuts and accessories. Dresses looks totally Soviet, I'd say from sixties to eighties. Two of girls out of three has their hair dyed to blonde, that narrows it down to eighties. Then black sunglasses in one of the girl's hand... imported? Totally eighties, close to end of decade. My wild guess: photo was taken in Moscow region somewhen between 1987 and 1989.
And I don't get why MEMUAR showed us a picture of village. In RSSU we are not in village. Like at all. Science institutions and factories were at towns at least. The first ones sometimes were in ЗАТО, but it's still not a village.
Well, in this case you know that it is not how it everywhere was.Yes I did
Do you realize that the climate and soil conditions are different in different countries? You should know what is the mud season (rasputitsa) if you lived in that part of the world. It doesn't mean the same weather conditions apply to the US or, say, Africa.A funeral on a tractor in the mud? Can you show me?
Well, I have photos of the USSR of the 80s. Have a nice dayJudging by the fashion, I'd still put it in the late 70's. Maybe a little later, but most likely before perestroika.
And hydrogen peroxide was discovered in the 19th century.
I wrote about another photo: about a picture with funerals, which was taken in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District (Western Siberia) in 1995. Here we see all the sorrowful consequences of the collapse of the USSR.
Well, that's what I call the color blindness. Have a nice day, grumpy old man.Well, I have photos of the USSR of the 80s
These are also pictures of Soviet citizens, and they don't portray constant doom and gloom like yours:Well, I have photos of the USSR of the 80s. Have a nice dayYou don't have permission to view the spoiler content. Log in or register now.
That's what I tried to explain to him. If somebody wants to find some shit they can find shit virtually everywhere. It is scary that a person who was obviously young and full of energy at that time sees only doom and gloom in his past. Says something about the one's mental condition. It's called being human.

Pictures can show whatever you want them to show. Just like not everything in the Soviet era was peaches and cream, so also was it not all vinegar and gall. There would have been happier times and there would have been sadder times. It was almost certainly a mixture of things, varied depending on the person, the location within the U.S.S.R., current events directly affecting those people, and many other factors. It's the same in Europe and the same in Canada and the United States. It's called being human.
You immediately get personal and make a diagnosis. A very powerful and convincing argument! I give up!That's what I tried to explain to him. If somebody wants to find some shit they can find shit virtually everywhere. It is scary that a person who was obviously young and full of energy at that time sees only doom and gloom in his past.
