The scene with Randy after the beach is very short and thankfully he doesn't really do anything, Elly gets away from him. But Elly and Johnny always seem to end up kissing when we spy on them at the pond and in a scene where we are in the 3rd town, maybe Elly denying Johnny is still being implemented for when we return home

I've yet to leave the first village I mentioned. At dinner, she mentioned a problem with boys before saying that she kissed Johnny again and he will come at 11pm once more. If I refuse to talk with her at dinner, will I avoid the kissing scenes or will she still met him at night? And more important, how do I avoid that? I don't think I've done something going for such path.

Elly x Johnny relationship started way before you play the game. MC wasn't a love interest option for Elly to begin with but slowly that changed. So for your answer, you didn't do anything wrong. It happens no matter what but i don't think it's NTR because Johnny isn't the one who's stealing, you're stealing Elly from Johnny

I understand that, but she mentioned it at dinner a first time in the early game and MC made it clear that he did not wish for it to happen again and she agreed as she did not like him either. The current situation is therefore unlikely to recur. She came to MC and started telling him that she had kissed Johnny once more and MC can only give her advices on how to kiss. It's poorly done because we had this discussion earlier and they both agreed no. Moreover, in the meantime, she has only grown closer to MC and distanced herself from Johnny. This situation would have been perfectly okay if I had said yes for her to continue being closer to Johnny but absolutely not in such case.
At the moment the only way to avoid it is to not spy on her at the pond, then that scene is counted as 'not done'. But Mobum did mention how we will be able to travel back and forth one day so when we return home I am sure we will have the option to keep Elly for ourselves

That count as "not done" ? A bit meh. If your wife cheated on you and you did not see it, logically she still cheated on you right. (Elly is not your wife but you understand the idea)
I haven't travelled yet so I don't know much about it except that it will happen, don't spoil me too much like the fact that we can't go back? Apparently.
I will go back in my previous save and not spy on her at the pond then. I'll even refuse to talk about her boys problem at dinner but Mobum should correct it coz it's wrongly done here.
When you're having dinner with Elly in your house, that's among the several conversations of MC and Elly.

Why the hate for johnny? Seems like a good kid that takes care of his family.
Wouldn´t Elly be better of with him than with a MC who´s only driving force is to bone everything that moves?

i know that but she never told me about kissing johnny or me seeing them kissing or her with randy (since my mc beat the shit out of him).

Thanks. Can you tell me what difference it makes which companion you choose to accompany you to Brexton?
So far, every possible companion (Kelly, Genni and.. Malkara? Been a while) all travel to the second and third town, but the for the second town the person you choose to join you will have a room at the inn which you can visit (the other 2 also get rooms at the inn but you can't visit them in the room). Oh and the person you bring also has a scene with you and Aelrue at the pub and you can join them for breakfast and dinner to increase affinity. Other than the affinity and extra scene, it is really just who you want with you during fights on the way, obviously Kelly is the 'hardest' choice since she is not skilled at fighting but meh I still managed easily.
Once you reach the 3rd town of Brexton everyone seems to do their own thing any way
Don't worry, there is no map location for it, when it comes time to rob him you will be taken there (even if you are at home), it only says 7pm but somehow it seems to happen a day or two later
