Have you done the following (in roughly this order):
- Got the car in the garage in the settlement working?
- Rescued the other sheriffs from the military base?
- Started preparing the settlement for attack?
- Negotiated with the bandit leader?
- Paid tribute to the bandit leader?

I had the same issue, it kept saying Angela was busy and I should find out how Tiffany deals with radiation, which is already done. The only fix I found was to start over... When Oscar asks you which girl you'd like to "start" with you have to choose "all of them" or it will lock out the other 2. I chose Melissa on my first go, and after a couple friend scenes Angela was busy, and Kira wouldn't respond and her door was locked.

Hi guys i need a little hand... after i save the Tom, some day later, he asked me whether to arm people or not. I have three choices ahead of me and I wouldn't want to make the worst choice.
1) Arm everyone and train them look pretty good. But read the other two, let me think... what if someone betray me after some plot?
2) Arm only the one who know how to use an arm... This is the same about the number 1. What if someone betray me after?
3) The last one is arm only the sheriffs and the one i trust (This look good, but at the same time... perhaps only sheriff and the trust one they are too few.
Someone know the right one? I do not think that arm everyone is good. But in this way surelly we have many ppl that help us.
This are the choice that make me think to much XD

not sure myself but i chose option 2. wont know for sure if its a good decision till future updates. i did ask the android for help with the security, she came up with an electrified moat! not sure how that will end either

Arm everyone. Nobody is going to start shit if everybody around them is armed. If you're worried about everyone turning on you you're probably doing something wrong, so maybe you want to be restrictive if playing the asshole route.

You can't be in a nuclear apocalypse without mutant waifus not to mention the amazing benefits to the camp. I wish we could mutate more girls in future updates and bring back the pills Oscar had that alter your mind and body. I'd love to see what happens when a girl takes two pills.

Repeating question. I know it has been asked earlier bit I didn't see an answer. I am unable to get anyone in the family pregnant ... Are there some requirement like becoming the Mayor before ? I do the bareback (impregnation option) yet I see no changes in 10 days. Is the impregnation option a 100 % chance ? Or is there some Rng in there ? Sorry for asking the same thing over and over. It's too bad this game is great and Repopulation is my kink (Even more in a Zombie setting). Any recommendations by the way ? Thanks for your time ! ^^

Somewhat annoyingly the game has a realistic pregnancy time system. Just cum in them and wait a while.

from what i have seen i think pregnancy have a 100% success rate if you cum inside but you need to advance in the town quests (i don t know till wich point you need to advance, but doing the mission near the airplane crash and become major should be enough) for a girl of your shelter to become pregnant (visit her in her room for her to tell you) and of the 3 girls of the shelter just one at time can be pregnant, i think first Angela than Kyra than Melissa is the order if you have already cum inside them.
Also if you are going after the 3 of them be sure to have completed all of quest line and dates.
