I wish Fallout 76 was more like this game that would make Fallout 76 a lot more interesting to play.

I was so disappointed with the futa content, personally. I like trans stuff (dick and balls but no vag), and at first I thought that that's what was going on because of the sex angles (what constitutes "futa" often just depends on who you're asking, I've found lol). When I discovered that it was the herm form of futa then I had to revert back and switch her to schlicking. Hermaphrodite stuff just freaks me out and is a hard noop! for me haha. Obviously the people that do like/prefer it are probably happy with it, and I'm glad for them. I just felt deceived by a couple of those initial sex angles because of the balls covering things up haha. That realization of "Wait a minute... I'm not in her ass!

Real John won't thing less of you he just didn't want his brother to die but he understood why you did it and respects your decision. The scene is most likely the MC being raped Lucy scene which starts the corruption route which isn't in the game yet. You get it be by making the wth is going on here yelling at her option and she roars and webs you up for sex. You need Oscar if you want Lucy to be human again sex scene. So it could also be that one. If you only fix her voice with Angela she has another sex scene later on. I would need a screen shot to help better.It was a bit confusing. When it said “ Future Area will be less mutated ” by exiling Perry I though “Huh? Because him and his gang end up killing mutants in the wasteland while trying to survive or something?” XD
I remember that with Oscar, if you get rid of him then you loss a repeatable MB sex scene option to have Angela knock him out with sleeping pills and bang her on their bed next to him lol. So for MB I keep him around just for that.
For the other route I’ll probably just hold off on progressing Angela until Lucy is cured, and then have him leave.
With John (the fake one) I was going to exile him because it said that his brother will think less of you if you kill him. But after he said “I’ll come back with an army and kill you all!”, then I just wanted to say “Oh okay. Nevermind then.” and shoot him XD
Edit: I also wish that the walkthrough had a guide for unlocking specific sex scenes. I'm missing one for Lucy but have no idea which one it is or how to get it. Is there a sex scene for if you just cure her voice? That might be it if so. By the way that whooole thing was quite the "ordeal" considering how I'm very highly arachnophobic

That was just her early developed scene sex they plan to rework art and rewrite scenes at a later point. Futa and Shemale are very specific content. There is no Shemale tag. I take you only follow on here and not patreon cause you would have seen the vote polls for content votes? I do agree that the content is lacking but as whole though. One of my gripes is how little the Brothel is used. I've seen "shemale" also referred to as "newhalf" on some hentai sites. As far as the different combinations of dick+vag, dick+balls+vag, and dick+balls (but female body) I've seen all of them fall under the umbrella of "Futa" multiple times before, so there was no way for me to be certain without just looking XD. Unless I misunderstood them, a modder gave me the impression earlier that he was going to try his hand at converting Mia from futa to shemale. If so, I hope he succeds, because personally I'd love to have that option =)

Yeah, people just call all dickgirls either 'shemales' or 'futas' because they either don't know that the two are technically different, or because they simply don't care (part of the reason why people always start derailing discussions on this site when it comes to the 'futa/ trans' tag). After all, why bother getting into details when it's something that shouldn't exist anyway? (this was sarcasm, in case anyone wonders). And we can thank porn for it for a great part too!
From a technical point of view, a 'shemale' is a transexual (a person born with the sexual bits of one sex, but identifying with the opposite sex (apparently because of other, unseen sexual bits - i.e. hormones - that do belong to the opposite sex)), whereas a 'futanari' is an intersexual (a person born with the sexual bits of both sexes, either of which might, or might not work as intended, and the person potentially identifying more with one of the two sexes, and less with the other). I don't know if intersex people have testicles with their schlongs though, but I imagine that at least some do, so while the 'no balls futa' thing might be true at least to a degree, methinks it's still fictional because even so, there'd be at least an empty scrotum.
But when it comes to porn, the main difference is the presence of a vagina: 'shemales' don't have one (that is, unless we also talk about f2m transexuals, who do have a vagina but no penis).
It should also be noted that both the 'shemale' and 'futanari' terms are generally considered offensive by both trans- and intersex people, though some might find them more offensive than others (for example, in Thailand the 'kathoi' term was generally regarded as an insult, but lately more people see is as a joke or even as a badge of honour).
And while I have no problem with Mia being a futa, I'd actually prefer her as a shemale myself.

One of the common complaints I see regarding games where there is a trans character is, "I want to impregnate her!" No just a Futa option. As the Dev said on patreon he is open to suggestions but if they don't fit the story he wants they won't be added and you have to be Idea Tier for input. Newhalf is the term for shemales in Japan. Every artist draws it differently in hentai. Just like how lots of hentai has vampire in the title and people get confused when they see a succubus as vampire is different in Japan. There's nothing to mod unless he's gonna learn to copy the art style and redraw sex scenes, code new script and ect. I remember coming across someone asking for a mod to remove religion from a character in another game because it bothered him and the post started like this and stupidly escalated because he couldn't let it go or move on to another game. This is trivial issue but if it bothers you I'd recommend either ignoring the character or playing something else as not every game is for everybody.

No, it's not that big of a deal. I just choose the female option for her instead. I'm not sure what the details are as far as what his plans may be with the mod. The religion kink bothers me too because of traumatic childhood experiences. I actually went through and edited the text for the entirety of Lust Epidemic just to tone that aspect of it down because I loved the rest of the game so much XD

Ah ok thanks I couldn't remember. I like futa content so I'm not interested in the shemale mod myself but somebody I was talking to on the last few pages was looking for your mod though. I do like the incest, job change, name change, repeatable pregnancy scenes, alter can count, and the choice outcome reveal though. This really can really help new people with the can grind and collecting all job scenes in different routes. Good job I'd recommend getting this on the front page of the thread if possible.
