No that only happens when you take out or catch the bandit gang and their leader, but if you wait before attacking him you will have a chance to revisit the airplane and explore it.

So I played the game for the first time today and was preety much lost through all of it, I managed to unlock all of Kira, Angelas and Jay's gallery but im still missing the last and third to last of Melisa'a scenes and I have no idea how to start with Tiffany and didn't even see the android girl once. Can anyone help me with these three?

Should just auto trigger as soon as you go to the settlement.

yeah, I know that my save didn't trigger Oscar getting kicked out either. So I'd either try restarting, or use the save from the top of the page.
