Do you mean the game isn't working when you include the patch or you can't open the zip file for the patch itself.

This is the file from the op. it works with 7zip, I know, I've just tested it. Try it out if it doesn't I'll just extract it and re upload it for you.

It shouldn't be an issue but none the less try extracting that file again, the one I uploaded. Addendum, I've just extracted that file using win rar. It worked just fine.

Okay, I've extracted it and re-zipped it. Try it now. Apart from this solution you may need to look to your own system for the issue. It may even be how you have your extraction software set up or you virus protection. I've tested this file every way that immediately comes to mind it seems to work correctly, at least for myself anyway.
