I found out after replaying, when they are pregnant you ask them if they need something, and they will thell you, BUG-SPOILER, there is a bug with the white chocolate Kira wants, Tiffany sells it but you can't buy it.

from now on my android ports of Ren'Py games have a 2nd, persistent save location like windows. if you uninstall an app, the save files and persistent data remain intact.
therefore the app needs the permission to access the public external storage (or a new one on Android 11 ), because it has to read and write outside its own external storage directories.
you have to grant the permission or the app is shut down.

I enjoyed Fate of Irnia much more then this game ....Why ? because needs improvements in story etc
Insted of Desert -Small abandoned City would be beter with forest mountains + lakes and insted going solo go with partner either Mom or Sister (would enjoy lake sex + mountain sex etc) new home and scavenge locations

For people complaining about the need of replaying the game for the new pregnant scenes, I updated the multimod and now they can be replayed even when women are not pregnant anymore, just like the past scenes.

man the text window opacity slider always resets to the middle on every scene.
