This is no bug. As of the current build she can't be knocked up yet. That is coming in future updates most likely.

Yes she can, from my experience she can get knocked up if she isn't corrupted

Wait a day after making her self-aware(CHECK)
Visit the Android(CHECK) shes out in the living room talking to melisa about the clothes and reading a book
Offer her a job( is not available) no matter how many days you wait
Wait a day( not available )
Wait for her after work if mechanic(no offer her a job option for that)
no job offer for a bodyguard or a mechanic as guide suggests

Here is a walkthrough for update 0.34 enjoy. Also next update is the final confrontation with the Bandit Leader Dagger and endings. This will be the final update as it releases on steam in November.
