No, unity game has feature that allowed the dev to compress the size, so it's either the dev didnt compress their game or it is contain so much game rss.

I don't remember NTR being a big thing in oneoneone games. It was not a main feature in any of the titles i've played.

Not really, but a lot of ONEONE1 games have NTR, so it's like an unofficial "specialness" of them.
