NTR is only with Rion and that depends on your choice not really a NTR game at all. So the NTR scene is basically rape or having Rion use her body to get out of a bad situation if I recall correctly something like that.

There are only really 2 NTR scenes and they aren't very big, it's not an important part of the game and only happens with one of the girls.

About one or even two years ago the game was already completed, so of course there aren't any more scene added from the time you played it.
