Quick question. I see the censorship tag says no/mosiac. The cg are all mosiac in the preview pictures. Is there a mode with a partial or complete uncensor or is this mislabeled too?
No it's the proper label. The way to get around it is to desensor it or get the original source. However both are pretty difficult. The censorshipisn't too in the way for later on.

Could you elaborate on how it is difficult to deconsor? Is it just that it's hard to find?
Bishop (the original Japanese publisher) owns the uncensored materials. Because of Japanese laws all hentai and porn is required to be censored (so they have to include those annoying pixels/mosaics) If another country such as America licenses the game (pays to release it legally) then the uncensored version MAY be handed over.

Most English companies won't bother getting a game if they can't get the uncensored version unless it's very popular. Japan may resist giving out the uncensored version even for a pile of money because then fans in their own market (Japan) would be tempted to download or reverse import the uncensored version. Why pay for their own localized censored version if another country has a less expensive and better version available?

This game's English translation isn't official. It was by a fan, Dekiru Translations.

Meaning he obviously did not pay Bishop to own the game; simply worked on the censored Japanese version (the only copy available)

Fan translations for censored versions are better than nothing but once they're out there, there's less incentive for a company like MangaGamer to pay for the game (uncensored) and release it themselves since it's harder to sell a game that's already been available for free.

Ok, thanks. A rather in depth answer but I appreciate it. I knew about some of the issues with censorship in Japan but this does put a new light on it. Hopefully one day there will be a better work around, one of these days. If Hollywood can't even make a movie when it buys all of the I.P, what hope do we have that they'll get this straight legally. Movies are a bit different but laws especially international ones get complicated, unnecessarily, real fast that is something movies and games share unfortunately. The complexity of legality.

sadly for me it says "could not start because vorbis.dll was not found" so I downloaded said .dll file and then it said it "could not start because msvcr80.dll was not found" so I also got that one...only for it to now simply say "game couldn't start, click ok to remove this message"

...any ideas?
