You can want to pursue a passion free from the financial motive but still appreciate people throwing dollars your way. They are not mutually exclusive.

Look man, you can not want your vision compromised by patron/supporter suggestions and still ask them for opinions every now and then. He doesn't want to make the game his supporters want. Doesn't mean he can't ask for feedback.

So, you just justifying his actions and saying that people who's money he was gladly accepting up until that point are now dirt-equivalent and that he never cared about money in the first place (which is in fact are hypocritical crap).

And no - you can't ask for opinions if you stated that you don't want any influence on your work from the outside cause it's another layer of hypocrisy.

It's a deep corruption game with exploration + fighting with clothes damage, touching and fucking.
Out of the similar bunch of games like Sangeki of Gear, Rhode's Fortress etc. it's considered the best when it comes to the corruption part (battle-wise SoG and RsF have more "interesting" mechanics, though).

The dlsite screenshots are pretty small, but I guess it's better than nothing:

It's a nice game, and love the battle mechanics but there are points where the story feels thin and unfinished. Especially near the end.

You see them as a new character all together. If you're happy with snail pace development that gets abandoned every 6 months to chase new trends why don't you throw some of your endless support YandereDev or Eromancer's way.

Hil I'v been playing this game since first versions, and here is my review about 0.16.

It's almost a totally different game, but using the previous one CG.

Good Things:
·You cannot longer get lost in the maps.
·Bosses have special moves
·Combat system is funny

Bad Things:
·It's too much lineal. Can't make any choice (going to A or B).
·Can't find the Arousal levels of the parts (mouth, tits..) don't know if it will be added later, never, or is already but i can't find it.
·Very little Content. I was expecting to find almost all cgi from last version (humans, troglodites, etc).

So... Waiting for the new release. I won't complaint. It's a nice (new) game

It's was one of main reason why he decided to remake. Making cut scenes for each action was pain in ass and required a lot of work and time.

It's the Chinese Mod, that modifies + adds a ton of (erotic) stuff and makes the game even more interesting + challenging.

Usually it's always been kind of a hassle, because you first had to get the Chinese version, copy over the Chinese mod and then patch it with the English patch from ULMF. But right now you can just grab a pretty recent fully patched version on here, thanks to YokoSan:

Why is it even called the 'Chinese Mod'? And does it add the most important missing piece of content the game has, which is reverse raping innocent men?

i think he could have keep the sidescroll/adventure and still add the VN style storytelling in a way that they co-exist.

i really don't think there was need to get rid of the 2 previous combat systems. i know that making a combat system that works and is balanced is really hard. but destroying it entirely, balanced or not is not a good idea in my opinion.

If it were Library of Ruina, it would've been good. But I doubt he'll ever even get the menus working properly.

You're not wrong, but those flaws can be found (in smaller or greater quantities) in most H-RPGs including everyone's darling Karryn's Prison.

Actually, this goes for the majority games, really, because most devs have to wrap it up at some point.
And even though they might have spent a lot of time on polishing up to that point, there's little gain in spending the extra amount of time/effort (=money) for that last stretch; especially when that time could be invested in starting the development of a new game... - boy, am I still salty about the Bed Of Chaos and the paths leading up to it.

It's called Chinese Mod, because it's developed by Chinese guys for the Chinese version of Celesphonia.

That's why I explained, that we're lucky, that there's currently a pretty recent modded + translated version, because otherwise you'd have to jump through some hoops to mod + patch the Chinese version yourself (you'd need a specific Chinese version for a specific version of the mod and then patch that with a specific translation from ULMF).

As to the added content, I don't think anyone has a complete list, because there's new stuff, that gets constantly added and changed, but here are some features:

I rated a game that was pretty solid and wasn't complete garbage at that time, unlike what it's now.
