There are 3 ways to make scenes "Not Happen:"
1) Make the "right" decisions in the game, so you get what you want.
2) Skip the images and animations of scenes you don't want to see (there will be a skip option for "difficult" scenes, if the player didn't manage to avoid them, for the main characters).
3) Not play the game.

No. That is not, by any definition, NTR.
NTR (Netorare in Japanese) means "Cheating."
In the very broad sense, that some people here want to cry and lose their shit about on this (and similar) forums, it is extended to any LI (Love Interest) of the MC who's fucking with others.
Although that's not the meaning of NTR, which is only applicable to a cheating partner, I'm willing to include even that in the definition.
But how, in which parallel universe, have I suggested yet in my game that Letitia and Patricia are in any way Love Interests for Max?

The last Beta update just came out three weeks ago (Here. On our Patreon and SubscribeStar it started a couple of weeks earlier).
A fixed version will come in the next week, but that's not a real update.
Version 0.0.30, the final "exposition" update, is a couple of months away.
I didn't get your question about the NTR thingy.
