I've only seen Busted 2.0 the once during regular game play. I went bowling once more after that (to see what happens, if there's anything different) and not been bowling since (other than my second run through to work out the save game variables). I guess Busted 2.0 only happens the once but I may be wrong.

Not happened to me. If it`s written in game notebook 'chat with them in the Library', you should see chat balloon.I am unable to talk to the twins in the library. Is it just a bug or what?

Just visit the Library when the twins alone. I did that part before starting lesson at 9:00 but i don`t remember which day.
