Keep on repeating the scene and you will see that the screen goes black at a moment. It's not a bug. Keep on trying and clicking and you'll eventually see the end. May be 3-4 more tries. Also, watch out for the hotspot.

This is the threesome route. It's not that complicated. If you've completed both Elly + Jenny's path, the threesome scene can be triggered quickly. Well, I say quickly but there's a little bit of grinding. You're on the good path.
