Your saves are corrupted. Got the same problem in V0.2, nearly one year ago and had to start everything from scratch. It was a real pain in the ass. The main cause of this : abuse of cheat and console command.cant load saves?????
I actually found it and tested it already. I still get the same message, demo_minigame.rpy isn't detected, and if I try the batch in admin mode the exe isn't detected either. This mod menu gets installed:
But none of the .rpy are modified, though I can confirm they're there, and edited transparent.rpy myself.
