Dressing as female requires that there is a difference between how males and females dress in public. A dick is a male symbol, so wearing a cage takes away this symbol, but when both males and females can have dicks or vaginas or else, what does a caged dick then mean?

I think the symbolic meaning stays much like it was -- the penis remains, due to how it's used in the intercourse, as a symbol of domination, either as a sexual partner or in general. It's just this domination (or submission in case of it being caged) is no longer associated exclusively with males.
Clothing is somewhat different matter; there is male, female and unisex clothes. But when it comes to forcing the MC and other assistants in female clothing, this is largely driven by the mindset these assistants are status symbols of their owners. They get dressed up because traditional male clothing is simply boring and doesn't sufficiently show off managers' prized possessions. It's very much like people dressing up their dogs.

Not every game is for you, if you want more games that cater to you, try to either make one yourself or find a project you like and support that, don't go into projects which clearly are not for you and try to whine your way into getting the type of content you want. When games try to cater to too many groups they just become giant fucking nothing burgers, all groups would just get shitty half assed content and EVERYONE loses in that scenario *cough* like Hard Times in Hornstown *cough*. Dev is making 4k per month and I was a supporter when I could afford it, clearly there are people who want the game as is. Just find a project you like, there are so many porn games out there.

Merely changing names, pronouns and descriptions for all of the "male" characters in-game to be female was 23k new words (and a chunk of javascript), ie: him-> <<him.function()>> doesn't count as a "new" word, add those in and the total jumps another ~20k. Changing genitals would be... even more, the approach taken seems to have satisfied a large portion of the people who were asking for this feature (based on feedback on multiple platforms), and everyone who has complained has immediately after continued on to spout bigoted bullshit in varying degrees of severity so... take it, leave it, or come up with enough money for me to sink the better part of a release worth of work into adding variants that do not particularly interest me to write (because I would rather write new content vs. rehash old).
The game does not deal with pregnancy "in game" but, given the tech level, that hardly seems a particular hurdle (and the bodyshop explicitly notes when you get a vagina that pregnancy is an option but that it takes "longer" (see: pregnancy not in-game). Gender is a social construct, which can overlap with the genitals someone has, but it's nondeterminative see: plenty of things are "gendered" that have neither genitals, nor chromosomes (eg: basically every overpriced pink version of an item/entire toy aisles).
As to the "waah, there are too many dudes to fuck" - there are a variety of different coupling options for the MC, of the 6 "major" characters that the MC can get with 2 have vaginas (Antlers, Candy), 2 have a ladypenis (Alex, Trapper) and two are dudes (Kurt, Bob), other characters vary but there are encounters with a variety of cis females both at work (Lisa Soto, Ms. Omino, Nurse Sprocket, etc.), at the church (various, with the Acolyte having genitals as determined by the player), Officer Effiong (player chooses her genitals as well), the apartment Mistress, the bartender Daphne and various 1-off characters in prostitution/other.
In conclusion, go touch grass, and let other people live their lives, it literally does not effect you.

We continue to expand/add art, unfortunately art is the primary bottleneck to development/releases and scene art, in particular, is VERY complicated (a single scene can take on the order of 2-300 different individual images to compose due to breadth of character customization).
I've got couple more
(masturbation menu in the living room; vagina-equipped MC, dunno if they happen for one with penis as well)
- using "magic wand" while wearing chastity device produces a paragraph how you're unable to achieve orgasm and are left frustrated and humiliated by your failure, yet MC's arousal is reset regardless.
- wearing a skirt or dress and no underwear gives the player option to "watch porn and masturbate through clothing", but there's no need to do it through clothing when dress/skirt doesn't actually block access to otherwise bare genitals. Supplying the plain "watch some porn" variant instead would make more sense.
I noticed a problem with the fetish club in v0-8-7-3.
After a few visits, when entering the club alone at 20:00 the game now immediately skips to the end of party and mc ends at home.

game started with v0872 and continued with v0873. ca 90 days played, stage 4
Problem :

After several sundays and mondays at the club where the game skipped event_sex_club_interior and directly jumped to event_sex_club_end_night I now had a working event. However when I played this day a few minutes ago, it did not work. So it is still unknown why the club sometimes works and sometimes not.

You can use bodyshop which opens in the game at later stages to modify MC's genitals to any combination you wish (penis, vagina or both) Although i don't think this can be done 'reluctantly', at least in the sense the MC is never forced or even requested to undergo such modification.

There is, i never tried it since i'm always willing but, as the one above me said, you just have to go to the bodyshop and change genitals.
What happens in the bodyshop is that the nurse gives you a truth serum, so that you don't lie, but at the end, she ask you a question (don't remember exactly what it was), which you can answer "you know what you want but need to be made to do it" or something like "i will deny everything i said and need to be forced".
So yes, technically, you can go full girl and have it done reluctantly.
But then again, i never did it this way before since i'm always willing and i can now do it at the second day of the game (or close to it, can't remember, really early).

Yeah, what UndeadEve describes works. Haven't tried it for the vaginoplasty option specifically but in general, the MC goes under and describes the ideal body while drugged, and will then be abducted and have the relevant procedures performed on them on a following Sunday.
I'm not sure to what extent the game will actively acknowledge that the MC got a vagina against their will though (e.g. if there's a difference in how Antlers reacts when the MC shows up for work with a rearranged downstairs). No interest in that content myself so haven't looked into the details any further.
(But as ffive said, the option is never outright forced on the MC unless you make the clinic force it, so those of us who aren't into it can just ignore it.)

I can't do anything without a save, the game is too large to possibly search for something so vague (note you can fix your makeup at lunch, and before seeing your manager after work).
As noted above, the "style" of your transformation is a function to how you respond during your first visit to the bodyshop. Note that in a couple versions (0.9.0) we plan to roll out a rework of + large number of new "feminization" events, to include penis remove + vagina addition being fleshed out for the full "6 options" (force, strict, money, obedient, voluntary, enthusiast).

About office breaks.
This wasn't a bug report but more a general feature request, so no save game needed.
It feels strange that mc can go on AIKO's quests during office time but not go to the restroom outside the break.
If mc is in the office at work, there should be a general option to go to the restroom for a few minutes on each page, e.g. to fix make up. Currently mc can only go in the lunch break or when he is horny.
(Unless employees use diapers they probably have to use the restroom more than once per 8am-to-5pm workday anyway.)
It would also be nice to have more flexibility to visit other departments and colleagues or the coffee shop during office time. (5-10 minutes individual break.) When at home mc can be a coffein addict and use coffee to reduce tiredness, but at work he cannot drink coffee at all which can be a problem on exhausting days.
