Can someone help me why my game is not patched to version 1.32R yet even though I followed the instructions?

Because the "patch" posted here is not an update. It's the R18 patch, or rather the patch you apply to the game to enable H-content. So the game is yelling at you as it is a mismatch of game version & patch version.

V1.32 hasn't been posted here yet, just someone who got overzealous posted the R18 patch while shouting that V1.32 is out.

That is the current patch yes. Just by "patch" they don't mean update, so unless you have a download for the whole most recent game version that patch won't do squat.

The "Harlem" Room and nipple darts. Can't figure out how the hell you are supposed to target Kiara's....

Edit: After review the harlem mode is very bare bones. Basically two positions you can stick all four girls in as you want but there is no real dialogue. The harem chat is basically you sitting there listening to the girls talk about a bunch of trivial everyday stuff. Kinda funny but not much there.

So new content is extra costume bits, 2 scenes for the christmas event and now the 'harem room'. Though I've not tried that last one so no idea how much it adds, I think I've seen someone say another 2 scenes featuring any/all heroines.
They've also added all the in-game sex animations (healing and zombies) to a gallery so you can actually see them without being mobbed by zambinos

The H content is still low tho, while everything summed together might seem large. For each individual character its still low. 4 scenes with the girls individually(7 if you want the ntr) and 2 has threesome.
Cant help but think of the missed potential. Maybe SoD.ID will give us more. Only time will tell

also after i exit the app and replay. the game immediately crashes when loading..
