Yes, but the devs had said they are working on more DLC, due sometime before summer 2023. A new girl, and possibly a DLC to make the halloween/xmas events replayable.
Here is a 100% save for 1.33 with everything unlocked (as far as I know), including camera POV camera and voice during H scenes.

Someone did post the raw files for the xmas/halloween updates (that were removed when the season ended), but it's apparently a difficult issue getting the game to use the data. The DLC the devs mentioned releasing later (in addition to a new character), was the option to turn on/off the holiday content whenever. Not sure if it would be paid DLC, or just released as DLC so it's easier to interact with on steam.

Christmas and Halloween events will not be playable in new DLC
what they said is that it will take a lot of man power to do that but they are working on the new game.
the main file is prepatched, you get can that or find the 1.33 in this thread and download the 1.33 patch.
if you were to download the main file, all you need is the demosaic patch

doubtful. It's never been in the works, wasn't in the previous game, and isn't something that's easily implemented for most devs. Unless they want to run it P2P but that comes with more security risks.
it's definitely possible if someone had interest in developing it, look at hogwarts legacy(unreal engine) 4 day since release and it already has a functional multiplayer (it's made by the same team that develop skyrim multiplayer)
i actually do have interest in developing a game like seed of the dead but has the quality level of left 4 dead(and maybe Deep rock galatic). Cuz i'm irritated by their nature of preferring quantity than quality. You can see what i meant by so many unpolished aspect of the game like bad weapon animation, you can easily cheese some level by getting on the high ground, facial expression looking meh, tons of clipping issue, shit optimization, etc
If someone ever made it, I doubt it'd run well, it'd probably be a laggy mess
