Seems like that this version was released by Kagura, previous one was translated and adapted by someone else. But not sure about other deferences. Let me know if they are.

Kagura version, so it's uncensored. That's the plus. No idea about translation quality compared to fan translation since I play Jap ver.

At least about Anonfiles, it realy seems it's not safe anymore. From what i've seen of another thread, apparently when you download from Anonfiles, there's some files added which is where the warning comes from. And considering the problem was not here before but now there is ... Yeah, Anonfiles might really be not safe anymore
From what i've seen, the translation seems pretty okay but yeah, i've spotted some pretty big changes in wording between the fan and official translation. Well, from what i've seen tho for the start at least, even if the wording has changed, it still conveys the same thing pretty much.

Overview:
In a hidden away village, there lived a family with a power that cannot be shown to the world. They lived while protecting and passing down the family heirloom, the "Key of Egg".

You just have to get used to it. Japanese only uncensored their porn for international release (also depend on the developer itself). They made up their "censored" part with more quality and fetish than any other country.
