Hey everyone! Right now, I'm enjoying the recent shot of steroids plus some antibiotics and already feeling great. Still have a cough and the ear infection is still there but getting better. But I've been feeling well enough to work again and I'm so glad.
I recently posted an update over on my website here:

Be sure to bookmark that site and pass through now and then if you haven't already. Check out the Last Human section and some of my earlier stories I've left available there.
Anyway, on with the devlog (so happy to be posting an actual devlog again!)
Serenity 1.3, as you may already know, has been coded. The script is finished. It will have a brand-new menu screen with new music that better fits the word 'Serenity'. Also, most of you should know by now that this will be the last update to this build of Serenity. But it is NOT the last of Serenity. It will return again with a new build and another 14 to 15 in-game days' worth of new adventures. But before I begin that, I'll be working on getting the first version of Last Human out. I've waited a long time to work on LH and so excited to finally get started on it.
But this post is about Serenity. The good news is that I am already 100 images into the rendering process. And that is going smoothly. So, I am getting back into my element, my workflow. I already have a fresh batch of music set aside for this final update. Plus, I'm going to try to make a short 'credits' video for the end. I'll probably keep it simple, just some flashback images possibly mixed with some of the custom CG's I've done for the Crown tier subscribers. You may also see some early renders of some of the girls from before I changed their appearances. It will be important that you keep playing this update until you actually see the words "The End" on this one because you could miss some important bits about the next installment of the story. So, don't be in a rush! More about that on release day.
A bit of news for you... I have also been on the GameJolt platform. It seems they've decided they don't want to see pretty naked Neko girls over there so Serenity's downloads are being removed from there. If you were solely following me over there, don't worry. You can still find me here on Patreon. I also have an

If you have paid money for Serenity on any site other than Gamejolt, itch, or Patreon, please know that the sites I just listed are the only ones where I officially receive any funds. And of course, I will not be on Gamejolt for much longer - only hanging around a bit longer to post messages but no new uploads will be done over there.
Also, if you do not pay for Serenity; if you usually wait for the free version, you can get that right here on Patreon before any other site (unless some asshole who subscribed decides to upload it somewhere). You do NOT have to pay for Serenity. Paying gets you the official releases sooner and adds some other benefits, but you can still get the game 2 weeks after release for free. This will ALWAYS be the case for all of my projects. The money helps me pay for resources like licenses to use good music, software for video editing and image editing, etc... and to also subscribe to my favorite modders for content I use in my projects. I even subscribe to a few other devs because I also enjoy AVN's. It also helps me pay my normal bills at home. Do not feel obligated to pay, but if you love my work and can, I very much appreciate the support!!
And now I will close this update before it gets too long and Cyroxxx whines "TL DR!!!!" LOL
Now back to work. I have a lot left to do and I want this to be a great update. Now you can be excited again because I'm plugged in. If you see me online in Discord, feel free to message me and say hello... I just may not answer you right away. I'm not being rude, that's just how it is when I'm plugged in. For those who don't know, 'plugged in' means that I have music blasting, game code on one screen, and graphics work on the other. I'll post again soon. Meanwhile... get ready to feed the fade again
Love you all,
