I've played the whole game including all of Bailey's route. Her silhouette doesn't appear for halloween or prom anymore.

Hmm, then I'm not sure.
I did start a new save so I could access the replays, but I lost some alexa progress because of that.
So if you did the same and spoke to Bailey, then something similar might have happened?

Lady death is when you have all loops finished and are able to go with all 3 of them to the prom (Sam, Emily, Alexa)
